ZB999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and ZB999 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") operating at zb999.onl. They apply to all use of the zb999 website, mobile interface, gaming services and sports betting facilities.

Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending the provision of satisfactory documentation.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your zb999 account login credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account.

All activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally performed that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zb999 support immediately. Until such notification is received, all transactions processed through your account are deemed authorised by you.

• Use a strong, unique password for your zb999 account.
• Do not access your account on shared, public or unsecured devices.
• Log out of your account after each session when using a shared device.
• Do not save login credentials in browsers on devices accessible by others.

ZB999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on zb999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Deposits are credited to your zb999 balance upon successful processing by the payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary by payment method.
• You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not a named holder, or anonymous payment sources are not permitted.
• ZB999 does not accept deposits from credit facilities used primarily for gambling. You are responsible for ensuring your deposit method is appropriate for this purpose.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Most mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are credited near-instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank and the time of transaction.
• In the event of a failed deposit where funds have left your payment account, contact zb999 support with your transaction reference and evidence of the transfer. Unresolved deposit disputes require supporting documentation from the payment provider.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published within the withdrawal section of your account.
• ZB999 may require identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice and is applied equally to all players.

• ZB999 reserves the right to void withdrawals and close accounts where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, and to recover any funds obtained through such means.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, zb999 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions or other incentive offers to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. ZB999 reserves the right to withdraw or withhold any bonus from players who are found to be exploiting promotional offers, using irregular betting patterns, or systematically attempting to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as part of a completed wagering requirement.
• ZB999 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

07 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on zb999 covers cricket (including Pakistan international fixtures and PSL), football, Esports, virtual sports and other markets. All bets are subject to the following rules:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number from the platform. Bets that fail to process do not constitute valid wagers.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time of selection may change before confirmation, particularly for live in-play markets. If odds change significantly between selection and confirmation, zb999 will either accept at the current odds or return the bet to your slip for review.
• Abandoned and void matches: If a cricket match is abandoned without a result, most match winner markets are voided and stakes returned. Specific voiding rules depend on the market type and are applied based on the sport's official governing body's determination. • PSL and Pakistan cricket: All PSL and Pakistan international fixtures are settled based on official results as determined by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the ICC. No unofficial or social media announcements constitute a basis for settlement disputes.

08 Casino & Game Rules

Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by the platform or by players.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZB999 shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs arising from:

• An account appears to be dormant for an extended period (with prior notice where required).

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or fraud, any genuine real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following applicable verification checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting zb999 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes before any remaining balance is returned.

14 Amendments to These Terms
